Managing Loop Plus Billing

When will I be charged for Loop Plus?

You Loop subscription will come out of your nominated account monthly, starting from the date of your first subscription and continuing monthly thereafter.

How do I change my billing information?
  1. Sign into the Loop app on a web browser.
  2. Click the profile icon in the top right, then click billing.
  3. On the billing page, click the “Change” button.
  4. Here you can enter your new payment information.
  5. Click “Update payment” to save your information.
What is Loop’s refund policy?

If you’re not 100% happy with your Loop Plus subscription, we’ll refund all fees taken for the current billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Sign into the Loop app on a web browser.
  2. Click the profile icon in the top right, then click billing.
  3. On the billing page, click the “Cancel subscription” link.
  4. Follow the prompts in the confirmation pop up.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Once you downgrade to Loop Free, you will be required to remove any groups or students above the Loop Free limits. After this you will be able to use all the features provided by the Loop Free tier.
